  4. The college relies heavily on the site supervisor’s informed evaluation of internship students in assessing the quality of their performance and degree of learning. We ask you to take the time to provide a thorough and accurate assessment of the performance of the intern named below. By sharing honestly and constructively your perceptions of the student’s performance, you will contribute significantly to her/his personal, intellectual, and professional development. Please fill out the entire form.

  41. This section is not on the Supervisor's Evaluation which you are transcribing. Instead, it is your opportunity to reflect on and respond to the Supervisor's Evaluation and your performance review.

    In 2 to 3 paragraphs (of 5-8 sentences each; i.e., not just a sentence or two here), reflect on the performance review. You may address:

    • Your overall sense of your supervisor's thoughts about your performance
    • Your response to his/her evaluation including specific examples that support or rebut the evaluation
    • How you felt as you sat through the review
    • The quality of the overall evaluation (was it hurried; did he/she take her time; was it thoughtful and professional)
    • Or any other topics you wish to which you wish to respond
