Academic Integrity & Student Information Form

At the beginning of the semester, please fill out this form for  Professor Wilson once(regardless of the number of individual classes you have with him).

  4. Medaille College expects students to fulfill academic assignments independently and honestly.

    Any cheating, plagiarism or other forms of academic dishonesty at Medaille College will be penalized, with sanctions ranging from an “F” on a specific assignment to expulsion from the College.

    AFFIRMATION: Having read the Statement on Academic Integrity, I understand and accept my responsibility to uphold the values and beliefs described and to conduct myself in a manner that will reflect the values of the institution in such a way as to respect the rights of all Medaille community members.

    As a Medaille student, I will represent myself truthfully and complete all academic assignments honestly. I understand that if I violate this code, I will accept the sanctions imposed, should I be found guilty of violations through processes due me as a college community member.

    These penalties will include failure of the course and may include expulsion from the college.

    I also recognize that my responsibility includes willingness to confront members of the college community if I feel there has been a violation of academic integrity.
